Binghamton Housing Authority provides decent and affordable housing in a safe and secure living environment for low and moderate income residents throughout the Binghamton area.
The Binghamton Housing Authority will begin accepting Applications for the following on August 25, 2021. Efficiency units – Age requirement 55 or older w/ a disability or 62 and older without a disability.
Two (2) Bedrooms and Five (5) bedrooms ONLY. All applicants must be pre-qualified at 435 State Street, Binghamton NY 13901 for occupancy standards.

We are accepting applications for the Canal Plaza waitlist. Tenants must make 15,000/yr. Applicable Maximum Incomes:
1-person Household: $29,640
2-person Household: $33,840
3-person Household: $38,100
4-person Household: $42,300
